Our repairman comes every other week and provides service and repair for all makes and models of sewing and embroidery machines. At least 8 machines are required for our repairman to come. Please keep this in mind if you are coming from out of town. If his trip is cancelled, you are welcome to leave your machine with us until his next visit.

Please bring your machine by 4:00 pm the Saturday before he's scheduled to come. If at least 8 machines have already been dropped off by the Saturday before, then additional machines may be dropped off but no later than the Tuesday before at 4:00 pm. Please don't forget to bring the ankle and stitching foot so that he can test your machine.
